History

It was named after the Ensign Minas kabaloydis, who was killed during the sinking of Submarine Katsonis, due to an attack by the German UJ-2101 Corvette, north of Skiathos island, on 14th of September 1943. The Ship was laid down on 10.11.79 and was commissioned on 14.7.80. The Ship was constructed at the HELLENIC SHIPYARDS A.E.
