Exercise “Nireis 14”

From 14 to 21 Mar 2014, the multinational exercise “Nireis 14” was conducted in the Cretan Sea. The exercise involved Naval Forces from Greece, Slovenia and Italy, as well as the NATO SNMCMG-2 and the HAF (Hellenic Air Force).

The aim of the exercise was to upgrade the operational cooperation level of the Naval and Air Force units taking part in the exercise.

In the context of “Nireis 14”, the participating crewmembers took part in an operational training at the NMIOTC΄s premises.
