On Thursday, February 20, 2025, a joint Passing Exercise (PASSEX) of HS HYDRA and Corvette AL HILI (P-176) of the UAE Navy was conducted, following her departure from the port of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
During the training, communication and advanced maneuvers drills were conducted along with personnel exchange between the two vessels. The exchanged personnel had the opportunity to observe internal drills aboard the other ship.
This training contributed to enhancing the participants’ level of operational readiness, combat capability, and cooperation in an allied context.
