History

Lieutenant Antonios Daniolos ΗRN, born in 1911 in Thessaloniki, joined the Submarine Force of the Royal Navy in 1937. He was killed on 16th November 1942 on the bridge of HS TRITON, where he was serving as Commander, near Cape Kafireas during the attack by the German Anti-submarine Chaser UJ-2102.
