On Thursday, April 30 2020, Hellenic Navy Helicopter type S70B, Aegean Hawk, carried out medical evacuation of a patient in need of immediate hospital care, from the merchant ship MAERSK CONNECTOR, Danish flag, which was underway in the vicinity of Gyaros island at Aegean Sea.
The patient was transferred to Syros Island Hospital for further care.
