From Tuesday, July 7, to Thursday, July 9, 2026, the 12th Bilateral Military Cooperation between Hellenic Navy and Romanian Navy was held in Constanța, Romania. The Greek delegation was headed by Captain Antonios Papadakis HN, Director of A1 Directorate, HNGS, while the Romanian delegation was headed by Captain Ionel Zibileanu, Director of International Relations.
The talks were conducted in an excellent atmosphere, addressing issues of mutual interest, and highlighting the mutual desire to further strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
