On Monday 6 March 2017 the Commanding Officer of Fast Patrol Boat HS VOTSIS, visited Frigate MONTCALM of the French Navy in the port of Rhodesisland. During their courtesy call, the two Commanding Officers had the opportunity to discuss various aspects of their respective missions before handing over a crest to one another.
