From September 9 to 10 a bilateral exercise between the Hellenic Navy and the Royal Task Force “Cougar 2014” was conducted in the Ionian Sea and included a series of technical exercises.
On Wednesday Sep 10, the HNGS Chief, Vice Admiral Evangelos Apostolakis HN attended the exercise aboard, the British Flag ship “HMS BULWARK”.
During that visit HNGS Chief met the Commander of the Naval Force “COUGAR 14”, Commodore J.P.Kyd RN as well as the Brigadier C.P.Stickland OBE, Commander of the Marines’ 3rd Brigade.
The Greek participation included a Frigate and a Submarine.
