From Monday 29th of August till Friday 9th of September, a “Train the Trainers” course was conducted by the Training and Operational Evaluation Branch of the HN Fleet Headquarters, with the participation of appointed officers of the Albanian and UAE Navy Forces. Besides the theoretical and practical training that took place in the Naval Tactical and Training School (NTTS) facilities, training exercises were also executed onboard a HN unit and her crew.
Trainees acquired basic knowledge on being a Trainer and Evaluator, to support their country’s equivalent carrier. Throughout five training sections, all participants became partakers of the modern training practices of the ADDIE model (Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate), on “Lesson Learned” procedures and finally on operational evaluation of Naval Units.
